What this site collects today
This site does not use cookies, analytics, or any other tracking technology, and it has no database of its own. The only personal data it handles is what you type into one of its two forms, and in both cases that data is passed straight to a third party rather than stored here.
Contact form
Submitting the contact form sends your name, email address, inquiry type, and message to a private Microsoft Teams channel so that Ramesh can read and reply to it. Nothing is retained on this website.
Newsletter signup
Subscribing sends your email address — plus the page you subscribed from, which is used only to see which articles bring people to the newsletter — to Kit, the email service that hosts the mailing list and sends the newsletter. Kit processes and stores that data under its own privacy policy.
Signup is double opt-in: you are not added to the list until you click the confirmation link Kit emails you, so an address entered by someone else never ends up subscribed. Every newsletter carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can ask for your data to be deleted at any time via the contact form.

If analytics or any other data-collecting service is ever added, this page will be updated to describe exactly what is collected, why, and how it is used — before that feature goes live.
